Do you ever feel like you are on fire? You feel are unstoppable, like a whole new person, destined for success?

We all have these moments from time to time – perhaps you have just seen a motivational video, read a “life changing book”, of thought of an amazing idea – in these moments we are unstoppable. We have great intentions; we start that diet, or look into the new business with passion.

…However, something always seems to happen, reality sets in, and the power you felt inside melts away 🙁

If only you could keep this intense feeling, this burning drive, excitement, and passion for the long term, to stick to the diet, carry out your new plan, or fully set up that business idea…

Well Im going to give you a quick technique to help you to do exactly that!

You see, when “reality sets back in” and you lose your drive and excitement, there hasn’t actually been a physical / environmental change, the only change has been within your mind.

Now, most people walk around in a daze, they probably know the Subway menu or the HBO TV listings better than they know how to control their own minds! But the truth is that taking control of your mind can be really simple, and once you can do this you can get yourself back into that powerful state WHENEVER YOU NEED TO – a state where you are unstoppable, passionate, and really get things done.

This state of mind comes naturally to the sort of people who succeed at whatever discipline they set their minds to – successful businessmen, distinguished academics, star sports players, and celebrities – they naturally have the “fire” – this burning motivation.

You too can aquite this FIRE, here is a REALLY SIMPLE technique you can use to develop or bring back this INNER FIRE when you need it most:

The next time you feel motivated or inspired create yourself an “anchor”. The simplest way to do this is to pinch your finger with your nail at the peak of your motivation. Each time you feel inspired repeat it to cement the association between feeling driven and unstoppable to the act of pinching your finger.

This means that when your motivation dies, and you are on the edge of giving up and going back to your old ways you can pinch your finger, and your associated thoughts of drive, and inspiration will come flooding back to keep you on track.

This technique can be applied and used in just a few minutes, give it a try, let us know exactly what you anchored and how you got on, leave a comment below, and feel free to ask us any questions!

Here is the summary of a psychological research study into subliminal messaging and its influence to help stop smoking. The study was conducted by Palmatier and Bornstein:

Thirty-four people in a three week group therapy session to help smoking cesssation took part in the study. The therapy sessions were carried out as normal, however, after the therapy half of the group were exposed to subliminal messages designed to aid in quitting smoking, while the other group were not exposed to any messages at all.

The findings one month after the therapy sessions reported a significantly lower relapse rate of the people in the group who received the subliminal messages, this group was significantly less likely to start smoking again.

Another follow up study was undertaken by Palmatier and Bornstein, in which they found very similar results, here is their conclusion: “subliminal messaging noticeably improved the progress of subjects attempting to quit smoking”, this is in comparison to their control groups who were not exposed to any subliminal messages.

[Palmatier, J.R., and Bornstein, P.H. “Effects of Subliminal Stimulation of Symbiotic Merging Fantasies on Behavioral Treatment of Smokers.” The Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, 1980 ]

Whilst sleeping, several studies have shown that the brain can be receptive external stimuli and both receive and process new information.

Subliminal sleep learning is not just a myth!

While you are sleeping you process all the new information you took in during the day, you discard some of the information that is excess or not needed, and you store the important information deep in your memory, in your subconscious mind.

Because your conscious mind is resting, only your subconscious mind is active, and there are not as many barriers to directly accessing it. While you are sleeping can be a great time to use subliminal messages. Your mind will be extra receptive to the messages, a higher percentage will reach your inner mind, and they will get fully processed before you wake up!

If you have not tried subliminal sleep hypnosis it is something you should expiriment with, it is a time you can use to enhance yourself without any effort required to help you in your waking life!

Watch this space (blog :P) as we’re going to post some real life examples from some people who have used subliminals during sleep with FANTASTIC effects!

There are several different types of ways to create subliminal messages for use within music / audio. It depends upon the purpose, but it is generally a good idea to use several methods in your recording.

Here are the most common encoding methods:

Regular – Beyond Frequency: Standard speed messages, simply placed above the limit of human hearing.

Reverse: Messages are recorded then digitally altered to play in reverse. Although you would not consciously understand the message your mind does have the ability to decode this information quite easily.

Multiple Messages: Playing multiple regular messages at the same time; again although you won’t understand the information your mind can still decipher it.

Blended Into Vocal: The message is played at an audible level, but is masked and cleverly blended behind regular vocals so you are not consciously aware of it.

We use a range of different types of encoding in our albums – we use all the above apart from the Blended Into Vocals type (as our subliminal CDs feature no vocals :)). As a mild form of hypnotherapy, giving a few different types of messages gives your subconscious mind a workout, to gives a few different options, your mind may simply pickup on one variety easier than the other.

With a range of techniques used in each album it makes a more effective subliminal experince, and gives a cumulative effect – the more you listen the more information gets into your mind; the faster the changes will occur, and the more dramatic they will be.
